Edit workflow form

In ELO for Mobile Devices, you can fill out workflow forms, save the data entered to them, and forward them. You can also open the workflow forms in a browser. The forms must be created in a desktop version of ELO.

Information: This function is only available in the Tasks work area.

Open workflow form

If a workflow is based on a form, the Workflow form is shown both in the viewer pane and the context menu of the respective workflow.

1. Tap the Workflow form button in the viewer pane to open the form.

Alternative: Tap the Workflow form button in the context menu of the selected workflow.

The Workflow form dialog box appears. The form is displayed.

2. Fill out the form. You can edit different fields depending on the form.

Optional: Tap the Save button to save your entries.

Information: The Print function is not available in the ELO for Mobile Devices app.

3. Depending on the workflow structure, forms are usually passed forward to the next user/node after being processed. To forward a workflow form, tap the corresponding button in the Next processing step.

The form is passed forward to the next user of the workflow with the information you entered. The Workflow form dialog box closes.

Open workflow form in browser

ELO for Mobile Devices allows you to open a form in an external browser. To do so, you must first open the form in ELO for Mobile Devices (see above).

1. In the Workflow form dialog box, tap the Additional functions button.

2. Tap the Open in browser button.

Optional: A dialog box appears when multiple suitable applications are installed on your device. Select an application.

The form is opened in an external browser.
