Objective

You can expand an organization with additional elements.

Requirements

You have the right to expand an organization. At least one organization must be available in the repository.

Step:

1. Click the organization you want to expand.

2. Click the Expand organization button on the Personnel tab.

The Expand organization dialog box opens.

3. Click the Division button.

The New division dialog box opens.

Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk.

Fields with a pencil icon contain keyword lists. When you type a value to the respective field, matching list entries appear.

4. Fill out the fields as required.

5. Click OK.

Result

A new division is created within the organization.
