In addition to spaces, topics also help to structure the Knowledge Board. Topics are not bound to any specific space. Topics are saved.

When you create a topic, it is made available for the entire Knowledge Board and to all users. One exception is topics that are created within a space that only a specific group of users have access to.

When creating a post, you have to specify at least one topic related to your post. You can choose a maximum of five topics.

When creating a post, the existing topics are suggested to you after you have entered three or more characters.
