You can select preview elements in the repository from the preview bar. The following elements are available:

Feed: Displays the feed for the selected entry (folder or document).

Contents/Preview: If you have selected a folder, the folder contents are displayed. If you have selected a document, you will see the preview of the document.

Keywording/Name of the keywording form/Form: If you have selected an entry with a form, the form is displayed. Otherwise, the keywording is displayed. The name of the tab depends on the settings you make in the configuration. If the option Show keywording form name instead of keywording or form in the preview bar is enabled in Configuration > Administration > Technical presets, the name of the keywording form is shown dynamically as a tab name in the preview bar. This setting does not affect the standard ELO keywording forms.

You can switch back and forth between preview elements using the tabs in the preview bar.

You can also combine the preview elements as required.

1. Click the button with the three dots.

A drop-down menu appears. If you run the mouse over a preview element, the element's location is highlighted in green in the miniature preview to the left.

2. Click the preview elements that you want to select.

The feed is always displayed on the right-hand side. All the other preview elements are shown to the left.
