This dialog box shows an overview of the available attachments for the selected document. The overview includes the following information:

• Whether the attachment can be deleted (lock icon).
• The version numbers of the attachments.
• The creation date of the attachment.
• The user who created the attachment.
• The file name of the attachment.

Open in read-only mode: Click the Open in read-only mode button to see the attachment of a selected version.

Delete version: Click Delete version to delete the selected attachment. This button is disabled if the selected attachment cannot be deleted.

Click: Click Close to exit the dialog box.
