Use this dialog box to restrict the search to one or multiple index fields of a search form.

Form: Select a search form. Click the arrow icon to change the order of the items in the list.

Filter: Use this field to restrict the list of available search forms or to search for a search form.

Once you have selected a search form, the available index fields appear in the box on the right. Select the corresponding check box to choose one or multiple index fields.

Information: You can add multiple index fields as filters.

If the search form does not have searchable index fields, a corresponding notification will appear in the box on the right.

OK: Click OK to apply the filter with the selected settings.

Cancel: Click Cancel to cancel the action.
