Use the Create external link function to allow persons without ELO to access a document. The document is provided over the Indexserver.

Available until: Specify a date to limit access to the document by an external user.

Available indefinitely: This function makes the document available to the user for an unlimited amount of time.

Restrict number of accesses to: This option lets you determine how often the document can be accessed (downloaded).

Create external link: Create the URL for the selected document by clicking Create external link.

Copy the URL and pass it on to the desired person.

Close: Click Cancel to cancel the action and/or to close the dialog box.
