Information

You can create new child folders in existing folders. You always create a folder in the ELO repository that is connected to the active account.

Information: You can only add new folders in the Repository work area.

Step by step

1. Open the context menu of the folder you want to add a child folder to.

2. In the context menu, tap the Additional functions button.

The Additional functions drop-down menu opens.

3. In the drop-down menu, tap New folder.

The New folder dialog box appears.

4. Tap the Short name field to enter a name for the new folder.

Optional: The Folder keywording form is selected by default. Tap SELECT KEYWORDING FORM to change the keywording form.

Information: You cannot add new keywording forms in ELO for Mobile Devices.

5. Tap OK to create the new folder.

Result

The New folder dialog box closes. You have created a new folder.

Optional: In the configuration, you can specify whether you want a keywording form dialog box to appear when filing. You can find more information in the section Configuration.
