Settings
To enable the Settings area, click the substitute whose settings you want to configure.
You must enable at least one of the following two options:
Active substitution in this period: Enabling this option enables the calendar where you can specify a start and end date for the substitution. If you only specify a start date, end substitution by clicking the X icon to delete the period. You can define multiple substitution periods with the Additional period button. Periods are not deleted automatically; you have to delete them by clicking the X icon.
May activate/deactivate: If you enable this option, the substitute is allowed to activate or deactivate the substitution.
May forward: If this option is enabled, the substitute is allowed to pass on the substitution to another user.
You must enable at least one of the following three options:
Inherit permissions: Use the drop-down menu to select the groups the substitution applies to. The substitute is assigned the user rights, permissions to repository entries, annotations, feed entries, and group tasks associated with the group. Click the X icon to delete a selected group.
Intray access: If you enable this option, your substitute has access to your Intray.
Personal tasks and workflows: If you enable this option, your substitute can access tasks and workflows that you have been assigned personally, not those given to you as a member of a group.
Information: You can enter a message for your substitute in this text field.
OK: Click OK to apply the selected settings.
Cancel: Click Cancel to cancel the action without saving the changes.
