Add view filter

Add view filter

Available in: Repository, Tasks, and Search work areas: Ribbon > View

Use the Add view filter function to create a new repository view filter in the Repository work area or a new tasks view filter in the Tasks work area. The repository view filters and tasks view filters are added as tiles to the tile navigation.

Repository view filter: A repository view filter is restricted to a certain part of the repository.

Tasks view filter: A tasks view filter filters the task list according to specific criteria. The criteria are configured in the respective task view filter.
