Assign substitute

Available in: User account

This function opens the Assign substitute dialog box where you can define users to substitute you.

The Assign substitute dialog box contains the following areas:

Select substitute

To assign a user or group as an active substitute, select a user via the drop-down menu in the Select user/group field.

The status of the selected user is initially Incomplete.

Settings

To configure additional settings, click the selected user.

Once you have configured these settings, the status of the selected user changes to Now active.

Substitution becomes active as soon as you log back on to the ELO Web Client.

To end the substitution, click the X icon to the right of the selected user.
