Metadata form changed
The Metadata form changed dialog box notifies you that not all entries may be stored if you change the metadata form. Only entries in the fields of the currently selected metadata form are saved.
Entries in fields that do not exist in the new metadata form will be lost.
OK: Click OK to close the dialog box.
