Use the New view function to create a new tasks view in the Tasks work area. The tasks views are added as tiles to the tile navigation.

Name: Define the name for the new tasks view here.

Type: Use the Type drop-down menu to select the type of tasks you want to filter by. If no task type is selected, all tasks are displayed.

Choose from the following options:

• Workflow (without form)
• Form-based workflow
• Reminder
• Monitoring

Priority: Use the Priority drop-down menu to specify the priority according to which you want to filter the tasks. Only tasks with the selected priority are displayed. If no priority is selected, all tasks are displayed.

Choose from the following options:

• A
• B
• C
• Escalation

Name: Use the drop-down menu and the input field to define which criteria the name of the tasks have to meet so that the corresponding tasks can be displayed.

Use the drop-down menu to select which condition applies. Choose from the following conditions:

• contains
• begins with
• ends with

In the input field, enter the character string that the selected condition should be applied to.

Workflow step: Use the drop-down menu and the input field to define which criteria the workflow step must meet for the corresponding tasks to be displayed.

• contains
• begins with
• ends with

Metadata form: Use the Metadata form drop-down menu to select a metadata form if you only want tasks with the corresponding metadata form to be displayed in the tasks view.

Fields: If you have selected a metadata form in the Form field, you can select a field from the metadata form from the Field drop-down menu.

If you have selected a field, this field appears in the input field.

A drop-down menu becomes active below the input field. Use the drop-down menu to select which condition applies. Choose from the following conditions:

• contains
• begins with
• ends with

In the input field to the right, enter the character string that the selected condition should be applied to.

Show postponed workflows: If the option Show postponed workflows option is enabled, postponed workflows will also be displayed within the new tasks view.
