Backup profiles
Description: Enter settings for the various backup profiles in this area.
Please note: You must have defined a document path in order to create a backup profile. The document path is now available in the backup profiles.
Information: For further information on the settings, refer to the documentation on the ELO Backup Server.
Profile: You can use the input field in the lower area of the dialog box to create backup profiles here.
ProfilesBackup profileProfile name: The profile name of the backup profile from the list on the left is shown here.
SQL select: An SQL string can be entered here. The SQL query can be used to restrict the documents selected for backup.
Packet size: Define the maximum number of files that are to be processed for each run here. The recommended setting is 100. You can also enter a value of 0, meaning that a preset value of 1000 will be used.
Document path: Enter a document path defined as a backup path in the Document paths area.
Slot number: If the backup medium uses slots, such as when using a jukebox, enter the slot number here. The numbers of the backup slots are assigned from 1 to 4. 1 (recommended) means that slot 1 of this profile is used.
Retention: Defines a deletion lock. The entries are in seconds. This setting is only taken into consideration by the Document Manager when using a Centera (external storage medium).
Save keywording: Select this checkbox to generate an additional keywording file (file extension: ESW) for each saved file.
