Single sign-on
System logon, automaticSingle sign-on (SSO)Single sign-on
The Single sign-on function (SSO) eliminates the need for a second authentication with password prompt. The client connects to the entered repository automatically. Single sign-on is disabled for administrators for security reasons. This function is only available for normal users.
For single sign-on, the user name of the respective Windows user is also used for the ELO repository.
System requirements
To set up single sign-on, the computer on which the client is located must be registered in the Windows domain. To do this, enter the Windows user name and the domain into the Windows system settings.
Administration of SSO
If you are an administrator who wants to implement an SSO solution, ELO will provide you with detailed project documentation.
SSO in the ELO Outlook Client
After setting up SSO, enable single sign-on by checking the Log on with the Windows user check box.
