The mailbox usage requires an update of the mailbox catalog so that the current data can be displayed. The service connection must be configured correctly.

Click the button with the question mark icon in the upper area of the instance configuration.

The Mailbox usage dialog box opens.

If you click "Reload", ELOxc generates a list of all available mailboxes according to the configured parameters. In addition to address, name and type, the selected catalog filters and effective mailbox usage in action trees are displayed.

You can use the mailbox usage input parameters as additional display filters. For example, if you only want to see resource mailboxes, you can set the filter "SharedMailbox".

You can also use wildcards as display filters. If you want to see all mailboxes used in an action tree that has "Archiv" in the name, for example, you can use the parameter "*Archiv*".

You can also combine parameters as in the following example.

In addition to the various display options, the Mailbox usage dialog box provides the option to add unprocessed mailboxes to an existing list template, which makes it easier to specify the mailbox usage in action trees and detect gaps, especially in larger mailbox catalogs. To do so, leave the display filter for action trees empty and refresh the display. Afterwards, you can select the mailbox that you want to add to the template.
